Since 2018 we have been working under direction and support from World Challenge. Our mission is to develop and support leadership teams in neighborhoods that are dedicated to build relationships with their neighbors, sharing the love of Jesus and helping them unlock their God-given gifts and abilities.  Through these relationships, neighbors will be directly engaged in, not only solving their individual challenges, but also leading the way in neighborhood transformation. In all these relationships we focus on empowerment above relief. 

Currently, we have a dedicated team in South Reading working in the  South 7^th Street neighborhood.
