World Challenge is a nondenominational Christian organization committed to communicating the truths of Scripture and the person of Jesus Christ in an accurate, clear, and practical manner leading people to an understanding of God’s love and plan for their lives. With God’s provision and following biblical principles, their poverty solutions bring lasting change to the whole person and communities – mentally, physically, socially, financially and spiritually.
For the past 50 years, World Challenge has partnered with churches across the globe who share their burden to see impoverished and unreached people come to experience fullness of life in Jesus.
As Jesus entered communities 2,000 years ago, He dealt both with people’s spiritual and physical afflictions. World Challenge believes the church of today is called to continue doing so.
World Challenge has been partnered in Reading, PA through Transformative Solutions Network since 2018.
Through their support, and applying principals learned, we have an active team in South Reading, and a team working with youth and young adults in North Reading.
The Institute’s mission is to coach, teach, and train. This includes pastors, business people, ministers, corporate executives, boards of directors, young adults, prisoners, military personnel, every leader type, college and universities, educators, to accomplish all of their God directed mandates: to function under a protected anointing and to preserve and enhance their personal lives. This is accomplished through practical application ‘how to’ instruction and skill development in a unique scriptural system of methods, processes, and procedures.
Dr. Dean Radtke is the Founder & CEO of the Ministry Institute. He has 30 years of senior corporate and ministry leadership and management experience; a lifetime of proven excellence with an exceptional record of results. Clients note his integrity of character, relational and motivational skills, conceptual thinking, teamwork, and count him as a trusted confidant with widespread success.
His educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University, United States Navy Commissioned Officer’s School, United States Navy Leadership and Intelligence Schools, American Management Association, Business Management Training. He is also an Ordained Minister and Doctor of Ministry.
Dr. Radke conducted this premier, Biblically-based leadership training in Berks County in 2019.
