This new area of development is focused on creating and implementing training for young adult leaders to grow in their evangelistic outreach and leadership skills. We are bridging connections with these young adult leaders, giving them an active voice in the community, as well as the opportunity to contribute their God-given gifts and abilities to local efforts of development.
